THREE COLOURFUL FRIENDS
Artwork by Patty Blau, Ellis Heyer and Antonia Lawson.
Enjoying life requires the accrual of colorful friends. In the art
world, 'colorful' can be interpreted in many ways. Luckily, we all
consider each other colorful in several different ways. Most
pertinently to this show, our artwork is colorful. But the point of
view of each of us is certainly colorful too-- what each of us zeros in
on to depict, in paint or in sculpture. The combination will, we hope,
stimulate some colourful conversations amongst you who are here viewing
it.
The Redwood Foyer is located in the Marin Veteran's Auditorium, 10
Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael, CA 94903. Box office phone number is
499-6400. Art shows in the Redwood Foyer are presented by the Marin
Arts Council and usually only open to ticketholders during events in
the Auditorium.
